I booked a movie called We are family. You can google it, there are alot of big names involved in this project so it should be nothing but great. Im also working on a song for the soundtrack to the movie. I met alot of new friends doing the movie we are family. Speaking of family my little cousin came to visit me for the summer and i let him come to the studio with me and he can really rap. Rap, that reminds me we had a rap party for the movie which was really fun. After i wrapped up the movie i flew to Miami to record a track.

My manager finally came to my side, Cali baby. He was on the Americas most wanted tour so i got to hang out with him and check out Lil Wayne's concert. I went back to Ny to record A girl has needs, hopefully a hit so im really excited about that. Oh! i almost forgot, i recently recorded a song with D Woods so look out for that.

interview with danger

The interview with Dj Eque Danger from the show Ray J Of Love was great. At first we discussed how when i came out i was a i sung pop reggae and as time wnet on i began to sing only pop. We also talked about how being multi-talented can contribute to your career and how most people dont kno how to take that coming from a beautiful woman. Like in my case im a singer but i have toured and danced with Alvin Ailey, im also a songwrite, and not to mention my degree in film. So over all everything went well, listen out for more of me on the raido soon.

new movie

The movie Hip Hop Headz should be a great sucess. It's about mis adventures of a hip hop head, the world's number one hip hop fan.i played the sexy girl role which as you know wasnt hard for me. Kimmani Griffin the son from the show All Of Us is in it as well as Ellia Englinsh, the aunt from the Jamie Foxx show. I should be finish shooting this week although i don't want it to end since im having such a great time.

Free time

As far as what I have been doing out side of work has been nothing but great. My best friend DJ EQ married rapper Tlaib Kweli and I attended that. I was happy that I had time to be there because it was definitely something I didn’t want to miss. Congratulations best and Kweli! I also got to go shark fishing in Maryland which was really cool. I even caught a shark, so that was quite an experience. Oh yeah, I almost forgot… MY BIRTHDAY BASH!!! It was great, you can check out the video on YouTube at www.youtube.com/user/karliereddweb . A couple of cool people came by to show me love for my birthday and I’m really thankful for that.

working hard

Hey guys I’m back, I haven’t had much free time to blog because I haven't had much free time. Flying back and forth from LA to New York, in and out of the studio working on some new songs that I’m excited about. I recently did a promo for Kim Kimble, not to mention auditioning for Master P’s new movie so I hope all goes well with that. I booked a movie titled Hip Hop Headz that I worked on the 11th through the 16th so look out for that, it's going to be crazy. I also had a photo shoot that week so you can just imagine how busy i was.
